Nicole is back again with her latest album, Bussaba - Na - Pen or Nicole Funny Lady, after her big debut hit album "Ka-Po-Lo Club" two years ago. Asked why the album was name "Bussaba - Na - Pen" Nicole answered "Bussaba is from my Thai name and Na - Pen is taken from my character" I like to make strange and funny faces, so my producers gave me this character to create the concept for the album."

More than just Pop music

The Thai - American singer noted the music style as being Pop, but more varied "The second album contains various style of pop, like pop rock and pop dance," said Nicole. It's all pop but we try to make every songs different by adding different musical instruments : violin, cello and banjo. In "Tai - Sang - Tawan (under the sunlight)", we used an orchestra. In "Preaw - Jai (Sour heart)", we sang acapella. It's amazing and fun work," she said.

My lucky Hat

Nicole gave us some tips on sining, "I try not to be serious while I'm working or singing because I can't sing when I'm serious or stressed. I relax and just sing," she explained. "Another secret tip, is to wear a hat," She answered with a big smile. "In the first album, I had a favorite pair of shoes and I wore them during recording. I thought, they'd bring me luck. I no longer had those shoes, so I had to find something new to wear. This is my lucky hat. It's not superstitious. I just want to control my feelings and cheer myself up while singing in the studio," said Nicole.
